Moonbeam Vegan Bakery was started in 2019 by owner/baker Amanda Kasserman. Her love and passion for baking shines through in every product she creates.
She makes 100% vegan desserts, including some gluten-friendly options.
She makes cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, squares, cookies, and more! All of her products are made from scratch, just the way they should be!
Delivery is available to Barrie, ON and surrounding area for a small fee. Or pickup for free in Southwest Barrie (house).

Amanda Kasserman
Amanda Kasserman has always had a passion for home baking, and not until 2019 did she decide to turn her passion into a business. Foods that are vegan and gluten-friendly are what Amanda turn to most! She is lactose and gluten intolerant, an animal lover, and she also likes to eat better for the planet. She likes to put a creative spin on her vegan desserts but still keep them classy and beautiful.
